Functional Fitness conducts two performance protocols both recording Lactate data and Power data from the bike protocol.  The test is a maximal test and usually lasts around 12 to 18 minutes on both the treadmill and a Cyclo-ops Watt  Bike.  All training then prescribed is based on these basic results.
